ECA Home Energy Audit Program
Beginning in June 2024, members of The Energy Co-op can once again take advantage of high-quality, comprehensive home energy audits with the Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA).
A trusted Energy Co-op partner, ECA is a Philadelphia-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to help people conserve energy and to promote a sustainable and socially equitable energy future for all. In addition to providing energy services to low-income households, ECA operates its Knight Green Careers Training Center to prepare Philadelphia residents for clean energy jobs.
ECA energy audits provide an in-depth evaluation of your home’s energy efficiency. Unlike audits performed by other vendors or utility companies, ECA audits are conducted by certified Building Performance Institute (BPI) energy auditors over the course of two to three hours. Recipients of an ECA audit will also receive a comprehensive report of recommended upgrades, repairs, and energy services to make their homes more energy efficient.
What’s Included?
An ECA energy audit is more comprehensive and thorough than an audit from your utility.
