Lilly joined The Energy Co-op in September 2024 as the Operations Manager, and maintains and optimizes The Energy Co-op’s operations and infrastructures, fostering organizational efficiency and supporting key strategic initiatives. Before joining The Energy Co-op, Lilly worked on social and environmental causes through roles managing the operations of an NGO in Philadelphia and completing a Fulbright research grant in Fiji that focused on community-owned sustainable enterprises. She is excited to join The Energy Co-op, where she can actively contribute to driving the sustainable energy evolution alongside fellow Co-op staff and members.  

Lilly completed her B.A. in Environmental Anthropology, with a minor in Biology, from Swarthmore College in 2020. Outside of work, she is an avid gourmet mushroom forager, less-avid printmaker, and enjoys backpacking and fishing the forests of Pennsylvania and her native Southern Appalachia.
